Designing a 20-year Career

7 ½ million square feet and 20 years later, Senior Project Manager Christopher Scarafile continues to thrive at Meyer Design, Inc. His innovative designs, passion for detail, and knack for staying within budget have been integral to developing our position as an industry leader in corporate design. Chris has an amazing track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget with the level of detail clients expect.

Favorite Meyer Memory:

"I will never forget the experience of resurrecting the company and renovating our building after the disastrous fire we endured in 1994. Norman, Suzanne, George, KP and myself immediately jumped into action to salvage the business and start re-designing our own offices. Meyer literally had to emerge from the ashes. When you experience something like that with your coworkers, it really strengthens your bond and your trust in each other."

Community Service:

Chris has been an active member of the Interior Design Licensing Coalition of PA for the past 10 years. Most recently he has taken on the responsibility of coordinating the primary fundraising campaign for the effort, through IIDA and ASID special event planning.

As a member of the Waterworks Interpretive Center Volunteer Committee, he coordinated the Park Cleanup/Green-up program. While this program was in effect, Chris helped maintain the park grounds and museum spaces within the waterworks as well as repairing flood damage after major Schuylkill River overflows.
