GMAC Mortgage : A Complex Puzzle.

The Solution? A 450,000 square-foot 12-year lease for GMAC's new headquarters at the Fort Washington Expo Center.

Every leader of each company and organization we work with always conveys to me the importance of their people. Thoughtful and purposeful design of an office or building is just one way employees feel valued by an organization. I trust this newsletter helps you get to know our people better. Thanks for the opportunity to work with you.
