Thomas Properties Valley Square
Ranging in size from 12,239 SF to 84,703 SF, these buildings were originally developed between 1982 and 1988. They needed a fresh new look to accommodate current tenants and create a better experience for visitors. Although they are located in the same office park, these buildings previously had varying appearances. Meyer Design's primary objectives were to standardize both the interior and the exterior to give them a more cohesive design, while creating a new image and upgrading the finishes to give them a more sophisticated feeling of a Class "A" office complex.

Thomas
Properties recently revitalized Valley Square Office Park, their 5-building
office complex located 20 minutes east of Center City in Blue Bell,
PA. Situated on a 26-acre site at Township Line Road and Walton Road,
Valley Square Office Park is easily accessible to the PA Turnpike and
the Northeast Extension. Financial Services, Insurance and Medical tenants
currently occupy the majority of the buildings.
To
increase visibility, Meyer Design developed colorful, new exterior directional
/ building signage and coordinated with the landscape architect to define
areas that needed trimming to give the building entrances more prominence.
In keeping with the new signage standards, Meyer designed banners branded
with the Valley Square Logo to reinforce the new image. The exterior
of each building was refreshed with a coat of paint and the lobbies
/ common areas were upgraded with new wall-coverings, marble flooring,
paint and new building directories. Meyer selected a warmer color palette
for the lobbies to establish a more elegant and inviting ambiance.
