Wachovia 's New Sanctuary is Calming & Colorful

Business was booming. Their staff was growing. Their space was filled to capacity.

That's when Wachovia made the decision to relocate their Asset Management Division, Evergreen Investments, to 333 Technology Drive in Malvern, PA.
After a quick turnaround of 8 months for design, construction and move coordination, Evergreen Investments is now enjoying this zen sanctuary that combines nature, sustainable design and flexibility for their employees.

Thomas Properties Valley Square
Thomas Properties recently revitalized Valley Square Office Park, their 5-building office complex located 20 minutes east of Center City in Blue Bell, PA.
Ranging in size from 12,239 SF to 84,703 SF, these buildings were originally developed between 1982 and 1988. They needed a fresh new look to accommodate current tenants and create a better experience for visitors.

On Wednesday, February 16, sixteen Meyer employees, and 9 of their friends and family, drove 5 vans 1800 miles though 9 states overnight.

Following a brief orientation after our arrival, our entire crew put on their work clothes, rolled up their sleeves and got right to work removing the damaged roof of the church and putting the used shingles and tarpaper into a dumpster.
The trip was made possible through a generous nod of support in the form of time off and financial assistance from Meyer Design's management.

Ready, Set, Bowl!
Meyer Design hosted its first annual young broker bowling tournament at Philadelphia Country Club in February. Real estate brokers, Meyer designers, and Meyer architects competed in several rounds of bowling in a March Madness tournament style. After 4 arduous rounds of bowling, Kevin Farley of Stockton Advisors triumphed over 24 other bowlers and was crowned the 2006 broker bowling tournament champion. Rounding out 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places were Adam Shute of Geis Realty, Jim Wilson of Mahoney Realty, and Chris Major of Trammell Crow.
