GMAC Commercial Mortgage

Revitalized the interior to transform it into a sophisticated, efficient and comfortable space for employees and clients. GMAC relocated to a 25,000 SF warehouse / flex building at 116 Welsh Road in Horsham, PA.

The design intention was to establish a more urban / sophisticated ambiance while working within GMAC's standards and maintaining a strict budget. GMAC wanted a combination of an open atmosphere and a design that separated departments in clearly defined zones.

Wachovia

Designed Wachovia / Evergreen Investments' new 40,000 square foot space at 333 Technology Drive in Malvern, PA. Meyer Design, Inc. had previously made major architectural renovations to this building for Liberty Property Trust, which remained un-leased for more than 5 years despite the building's convenient location, attractive setting and new renovations that included a new roof and HVAC system. After a quick turnaround of 8 months for design, construction and move coordination, Wachovia is currently enjoying this newly designed office.

Renovating a 7,000 square foot Wachovia branch in Rosemont, PA including a regional training / call center. The project's main focus is to re-structure the space to adjust traffic flow, while also upgrading finishes and lighting.

Korman Commercial Properties / 6 Neshaminy Interplex

Renovated the lobby at 6 Interplex in Neshaminy for Korman Commercial Properties These full interior renovations included upgrading the corridors, lobby and common areas to achieve a more sophisticated design. Meyer selected new furniture for the Marketing Suite, which has been transformed into a conference room as an amenity for all tenants to use.

University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, Dean's Conference Room

Created an upscale conference area for the Dean of Wharton. Prior to this project they were sharing conference space with another Penn department and began running into scheduling conflicts. Meyer Design, Inc.'s final design was an elegant 1,200 square foot conference suite featuring flexible furniture, a rear projection screen and smart board for presentations, and a small servery / kitchen area.
