Liberty Property Trust has
a lot to Celebrate!
Hankowsky and his team are committing significant resources to take a leadership position in using Green Design. For example, "Comcast Center will be one of the most environmentally-advanced office towers in the United States, a state-of-the-art commercial office building that takes advantage of existing business infrastructure and makes use of a city block that has been largely abandoned and undeveloped for more than 20 years." In their suburban King of Prussia / Philadelphia market, Liberty has commenced a major commercial office renovation project at 151 Warner Road, which the company is targeting for a Gold LEED certification. Meyer Associates is working with Jim Mazarelli, Rob Murdocca and Jim Sunday to expand the building from 84,000 SF to 95,000 SF and meet LEED standards.
Liberty Named "Best Of Industry" for Customer Service - 3rd Consecutive Year Liberty Property Trust has received top honors in the National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Awards Program - for a 3rd year in a row. The program seeks to identify and recognize those companies achieving the highest levels of customer service in commercial real estate.Independent research consulting firm CEL & Associates and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) cosponsor the annual performance evaluation. Data for the program is gathered through a survey of more than one million tenants nationwide. "Winning this award for a 3rd time validates our commitment to continuously improve upon our customer relationships," said Laurie Brown, Senior Vice President of Property Management, Liberty Property Trust. "The data from the survey gives us a roadmap for customer service. Each year we scour the results to see where we can improve, and then we work very hard on those areas. Our focus on building relationships with our customers and striving to provide services they value has proven the key to increasing both earnings and tenant loyalty."
