One
Presidential: Keystone's Latest Class A "Jewel"

Well-known for its ability to utilize vision and capital to create opportunity, the Keystone Property Group (KPG) is bringing the look and appeal of a Center City office building to the Philadelphia suburbs. Its vision will be actualized by its most recent undertaking, One Presidential Boulevard. The building's prime location at the intersection of the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) and City Line Avenue makes it very easily accessible to both the city and the suburbs. This outdated four-story, 130,804 SF building located on Philadelphia's Main Line will be transformed into a modern "Class A" building. It is set to serve as Keystone's new headquarters and will feature an exciting new retail area located at the front of One Presidential. According to Meyer
Project Designer Meredith Reichley, the goal is to make One Presidential
the most attractive "Class A" office building in Bala Cynwyd.
With the lobby set to boast a beautiful atrium overlooking a two-story
porcelain-tile feature wall and Italian marble flooring, they are well
on their way. The Keystone Property
Group has carved a niche for itself in the development industry. Whether
it's converting an under-performing acquisition into a profitable venture
or developing a new building on underutilized land, Keystone has a proven
track-record for turning various out-dated projects into desirable assets.
