Cira Centre: An Exciting Development!

Brandywine Realty Trust's most recent development, the Cira Centre, will stand 28 stories high in University City, Philadelphia when it's complete Fall, 2005.

This 727,000 square foot building will be connected directly to Amtrak's 30th Street Station, via a pedestrian bridge across Arch Street, making it available to all modes of transportation. The building is located in close proximity to Penn's Landing,
Market Street, Avenue of the Arts, Old City, and the Museum District.

Attalus Capital, the Cira Centre's first official tenant, has commissioned Meyer Associates to design their office space in the new building.
